BRIDGE
Designed for precise measurements and long-lasting accuracy
Bridge style CMMs are the popular choice of measurement systems due to their accuracy and repeatability over time. Allowing probe movement along 3-axes, bridge style CMMs are adaptable to the environment that they will be operating in.
Our Altera range delivers optimum measurement accuracy and process repeatability for probing, scanning and performing digital inspections from volumes of 700x500x500mm to 7000x2000x1500mm.
The Altera multi-sensor-ready CMMs are piloted by intuitive software and can adapt to a wide range of complex tasks and custom metrology applications while boosting productivity.
Built for market-leading accuracy and performance, Altera CMMs feature LK’s unique superior ceramic and granite construction and are built for long lasting accuracy and low cycle times, thermal stability, and increased structural integrity.
They also feature superior pneumatic isolation dampeners for improved performance in areas of increased low frequency vibration.
GANTRY
Flexible solutions for large-scale inspection
LK Metrology’s Aeros, Ultra, Maxima Series are designed for volumes beyond the capability of Bridge CMMs.
Our Aeros CMMs are designed to provide large-volume measurement flexibility.
The Ultra series CMMs are the largest-scale measurement machines that LK Metrology produce. These systems are often custom-built to meet specific metrology needs.
The Maxima range of solutions has a proven pedigree with aerospace, large-scale commercial vehicle applications and manufacturers of large performance critical components.
HORIZONTAL
Precision measurements optimized for production-line
The HC-90 series is designed to operate within the workshop. It can be installed practically anywhere, even in extreme operating conditions.
The HD-90 horizontal arm was developed as a heavy-duty CMM solution for car-body and sub-assembly quality inspections.
The LY-90 series offers a technically-advanced and cost-effective solution for the dimensional control of large components typical of the automotive, land transport and heavy industries

FREEDOM ARM
Metrology with total mobility
Equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, complete battery operation, and a mobile workstation, the FREEDOM ARM gives you total mobility for your metrology needs.
With 6 axis and 7 axis portable measuring arms – for quality control, on-machine verification, reverse engineering or 3D modelling, the FREEDOM ARM series features three accuracy levels and several sizes in different portable arm configurations. These can be enhanced with manual-moving rotary tables, touch probes, and laser scanner options.
